The name "Sligo and Co" carries deep personal meaning. It’s inspired by Sligo, a county in Ireland that feels like home, and a cherished memory of my granddad. He had always told me how he imagined my first horse—a white horse with dots. Four months after he passed away, he fulfilled that promise by sending me Sly, a rescue horse I adopted, exactly as he had described, even though he was no longer with us. That unforgettable gift and connection to my granddad, combined with the tranquil beauty of Sligo, are the heart and inspiration behind this brand.
